How do i convert the videos from my camcorder in order to be able to upload them on windows movie maker?

I'm a little confused, are you trying to convert them to another format. (.avi, .mp4?) If so then, there are many programs which can allow you to do that? But mpegs should still load in Movie maker without a problem. There also standard videos clips, (commonly used on dvds, I believe)
