Can anyone recommend a good digital video camera on ebay? i don't know that much about either :-)?

dont get it on ebay. trust me. i have experience XD. go to sony store, tell the ppl what kind ur lookin for nd they will help u. again, i have experince haha.

You should say whether you want to record to tape (miniDV), SD memory or DVD-R. Also, you need to decide on your budget $$$. It's easy to get burned on eBay, so search online for the price of the model camcorder before you bid. Often, the auctions go higher than it's worth.
