Help With Cannon Camcorder?

Best Camcorder to get?

I have been looking to buy a new camcorder and is looking for a high definition one. Ive been looking at the cannon TX1 (but is the TX2 gonna come out soon) The Sony HDR-CX12 High Definition Memory Stick PRO Duo Handycam Camcorder These are the types of camcorders i'm looking for if could help me Any idea's would be greatly appreciated

I picked the Sony HDR-CX12 because of the fact that it takes pretty good still pictures. I love it. If you prefer SD memory and don't care about taking still photos, you'll probably be very successful with the Canon VIXIA HF10 or HF100. Remember: the TX1 is a camera, not a camcorder. Although it can indeed shoot HD video, it's mainly designed for stills, and so shooting video with it won't be as easy or get the same results you'll get from the HF10 or CX12.
