Hey Jerrricaa, I would highly recommend trakAxPC Pro. It's aimed at the novice user but has all the features of a professional software. It's a really good, user-friendly and inexpensive video editing software which allows you to edit and mix any combination of audio, video and photos. It has loads of features like effects, text, split screen, reverse, slow-motion, pitch etc, plus you can upload your video directly to YouTube through the application. Sony Vegas is pretty easy to use, and you can do almost anything with it - ONCE YOU'VE LEARNED HOW TO USE IT. Have a look at Vegas' kid brother, Vegas Movie Studio - it's very similar, but there's less to learn. I found it was one of those apps that you need to spend a couple of hours with before you get it - after that it's a whole lot easier. Pinnacle Studio is easier to start with but I've found the "advanced features" are much more difficult to use and the app itself can be very unstable.
