How good is the video quality on a Flip Mino camcorder?

I wanna buy it for a video journal I plan on doing when I go back home to Lahore, Pakistan ....I was wondering is it youtube quality? or atleast video journal quality atleast

The video quality is 4mb/s on the flip mino. Youtube quality is 350kbs so the flip mino is way better quality. The reason youtube quality is so poor is because the video has to be streamed over the internet and most people can only handle recieving a few hundered kbs on their internet connection.
