Which is better: Sony STR-DH100 or Sony STR-DE197?

Which is better, a Kodak Zi10 playtouch or a sony hdr-tg5v which is 3 years old?

• i recently bought the two, the kodak is just a $170 camera, while the sony was over 1k 3 years ago. The kodak films 1080p supposedly, but the sony does "full hd" at 1080i. Still though, which one is a better camera to have? i got them both for around $100, so the cost isn't a factor. I've noticed already that the mic is way better on the sony, yet it doesnt have an external mic jack unlike the kodak. I want these cameras to film some of my driving, and also normal every day things 14 hours ago - 3 days left to answer.
