I need to edit a video from a MPEG4 Movie camera on Window Movie Maker?

I have a digital camera that records video with MPEG 4 Movie , I am only able to pull up audio in Windows Move Maker, what can I do to edit this type of file. I am trying to edit a video for my blog. Thaks

Windows movie maker doesn't support mpeg4 video, you need to convert the mpeg4 video to wmv video at first. MOVIE MAKER does not support all file types, not hd, mpeg4, mts, mod, mov or h.264 files. If your camera shoots in those formats you will have to convert to use WMM. MPEG-4 allows a lot of options but try installing ffdshow - that may enable you to edit MPEG-4 in WMM. Failing that you'll need to either buy an editor with MPEG-4 support (that's most of them) or convert the video before editing it. Super's another free convertor.
