How do you put your 8mm tapes on your computer?

How can i put old 8mm video tapes onto my computer?

  • i have found some video tapes from my old camera that i believe are 8mm video tapes, but i no longer own what i used to use to record the videos onto video tape so i was wondering if anyone knows of anything i can do to put them on my computer

    well I used my old and even new one video tapes to burn or to live it in my hard drive is" DAZZLE DIGITAL VIDEO CREATOR 90" and to transfer to my computer I USED PINNACLE STUDIO 10.5 this USB connector and the software it comes together so after you insatll it just you can do what evere you want even you can edit it is an intested thing to do I enjoy it you too just try there are a lot it depends how much you spend have a good fun.

No. If you would've still had your camera you could be a video capturing device, and transfer it to the computer that way. You could use ADS DVDXPRESS. What you can do is send the tapes to a company that converts 8mm tapes to DVDs, and VHS tapes. Here's a website you could try, http://www.just8mm.com/.
