What is the best web-cam?

I want a web-cam for a stationary computer. Not a laptop because I don't have one and don't have the money to get one. I want the web-cam so I can talk to my boyfriend. The web cam should be reasonably priced, (not over 100 or so). Thanks :)

Of modern ones it's hard to beat the Logitech Quickcam Pro. The best one I've ever used is the Apple iSight Firewire cam.
