Graphics... Creating amusing pictures using one's own face.?

Does anyone know of a program (programme) that will let me use a face from a photograph and then insert the face into another 'photo template' and so create an amusing picture. For example a prog. that will let me add another face to a picture of someone in costume, or an athlete, or something along these. lines...

just put your photo's on computer.. and choose edit.. you can move things around, add text etc.. etc..

I know this looks like gaming for points but it really isn't. When I saw the top of your question "Graphics... Creating amusing pictures using one's own face." I thought! "I can do the same anytime with a MIRROR. Then I opened the question and all became obvious. Good luck with REAL answers to your query
