What program can give me access to another computer in another country?

i have put my travel pictures on my cousin's computer who is in another country and she cant find my folder; is there a program that i'll let me have control over her computer with her consent? I want access the file and put online or email it.

Windows 7 comes with remote access built in. Search for it in the search bar in start and follow the instructions. You can also use Team Viewer, a free program that will let u remotely access another persons computer. Both sides must download this program. Good luck :)
