How do I get this video to my computer from my phone?

How do I get sound to my video's that I have downloaded to my computer from my phone?

• I have a sprint phone. I took the card from my phone and put it in my laptop and computer. When I play the videos on my phone, the sound works perfectly fine! Everytime I attempt to play the videos on my computers... there is no sound. How do I fix this?

  What kind of player are you using? It's highly possible that you don't have a codec for that particular format. I have 2 suggestions for you : 1. Download a codec pack : http://www.codecguide.com/download_mega.htm . On that page, click on the Mega or if you have 64-bit OS, click that one. 2. Use alternative player : http://www.kmplayer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20794 . This is KMPlayer. I've been using it for a while now and it's a very good player. You could download and install each or both. I highly recommend that you install both though. If both doesn't work, try converting the video to a different format.
