Windows Media Player -Why won't the Media Guide connect to the internet?

Hi I can't get my Windows media player to Connect to the internet so that I can get all the album info for my CD's. The offline button isn't ticked on the media player and my computer is def connected to the internet. Please help!!!

Answer:
You don't say which version but open Media Player Go to Tools Options and select the Privacy tab. Make sure Display media info and update music files by retrieving media info from the internet box are ticked Go to Player tab and make sure Connect to the Internet box is checked Finally go to Library tab and check Retrieve additional information from the Internet
