    first go to www.utorrent.com and download the 1.7.2 stable (its just the torrent downloader). Then go to www.demonoid.com and make an account.. i've been using it for a while, most of the movies are awesome quality, each one tells you the quality. they have most of the movies i was looking for. Its completely free and its great. once you click download and save the file utorrent should automatically open and start the download.
