How do I save/transfer old yahoo email to my computer?

In order to save or transfer your old yahoo email. you will have to subsciribe to yahoo website for their pop server access which can be accessed through outlook express or microsoft outlook softwares of your computer. Their is some subscirption fee at yahoo. But then you will be able to download, send, your mails from your outlook express without logging into your yahoo account from yahoomail website..... I hope this will work out for you........Their is only one way to do this which is a paid and legal method.. Other method is illegal.. which i think you not like to go for.... or you can just open and save your email one by one in the html format on to your computer but that will be very time consuming. So the first one will the smartest method.......

Save the message you mean? Just click the FILE in the toolbars, and choose the menu save as, type the file name, last, choose the directory which you wanna to save it there

Your yahoo mail sits on a yahoo server. So unless you copy and paste, or print the emails they are going to stay there. Your other option is to subscribe to yahoo so you can POP your mail into an email client like outlook. Then you will donwload your emails to your pc. Hope this helps you!
