What is ec/kbc and how do i get a diskette?

my laptop ( toshiba portege 7020ct), displayed a message when i turned it on that i have to put in an ec/kbc diskette. i don't know what it does nor what it is nor how i can get it. can someone please help me? thanx in advance.

Answer:
Two possiblities here: 1) Your Tab key is stuck. Tap it a few times and attempt to clean it. If it's stuck, then it will look for the EC/KBC diskette. 2) Your laptop needs to be serviced. See the page below for more information.
