Help with Font size (MAC users)?

Hey guys,, i have the new MacBook its brilliant i very much like it ,, but i have a quick question,,,, how do u make the font bigger ? i mean the font of everything firefox, desktop, icons on the desktop, files name and everything? as i'm used to a 15'' screen and bigger font and in mac the font is very small for me .. thax
