How to create an international association?

How do create an association in the folder options in control panel for winamp remote?

  The easiest way to associate the file type with Winamp remote is to go to one of the files in question (I am assuming it is an audio file) through Windows Explorer. Right click on it and select "Open With". Depending on exactly what version of Windows you are using, it may take you through several options, but at some point you should be able to select that you want to open that file with Winamp Remote. There should be a box you can check that says something like "Always use this program to open the selected file type". Make sure that is checked. You may need to click on the "Browse" button if Winamp Remote is not listed as one of the programs to open the file with. If this is the case, you will need to navigate to where Winamp Remote is installed, and then click on the main file for that program, which is probably something ending in ".exe", such as winampremote.exe, or something of file type application.
