How to animate a gif for a very simple loading screen?

Netflix not loading all the way unless i click on the red loading screen?? 10 points.?

• I am watching a series on netflix and when i click "next episode" it loads it to 20% and then after a couple seconds will go to a black screen. BUT if i continue to click on the red loading screen when it stops at the 20% it will load after a couple seconds instead of going to the black screen. what is going on? i dont have any other problems with my laptop so it must be something with netflix right?

  restart netflix, if you still have the problem then it could be your internet is slow at the moment, also i think when it goes to black its either starting the episode up or loading but hiding the buffering symbol. But im pretty sure ur problem is that netflix is hiding the buffering symbol.
