What's a really good headset for Yahoo Voice?

I am trying to install just instant messanging on my yahoo account without voice. I have no headset.?

  • cannot find just messaging. only voice messaging. I have been trying forever to do this. I have it on my msn account, but cannot find a way to just instant messaging withou voice. alot of my friends do not have headsets. please anyone send a link or guide me through this. i appreciate anyones help in this matter

    Go ahead and install Yahoo Messenger at messenger.yahoo.com -- the instructions on the site are very easy. You don't have to use any of the voice features. Yahoo Messenger With Voice does a great job of with regular text instant messages.

Just because the new messenger has voice it does not mean you have to use it...you can still use the newer messenger just like the old ones...just don't use the voice feature
