You'll have to ask Nike, because really, the website can be located ANYWHERE on the planet. There are some rules regarding IP numbers, where certain IP's can be found in certain geographic locations -- there are websites that will tell you the approximate location of the IP -- but that's only about a 70% chance of being accurate. Even if the IP is actually located where they say it is, they can always re-direct traffic elsewhere.
