How can I delete a former e-mail address?

How would I delete an E-mail address yahoo.?

    There are two things you can do. Don't use them at all for a month and they (Yahoo) will automatically delete them. Look for Contact Us on the Yahoo Home Page. They will give you instructions to delete your mail.

Just go into the email you want to delete, and click on the options...it will tell you step by step how to do it...you will have to send Yahoo an email, and they will respond to you a few hours, or so later, telling you that it has been deleted...good luck!

If you don't check the mail at a Yahoo address it will close itself after a couple of months.
