Why won't my "attach" work in yahoo mail?

How do I get my "reply, forward, and attach" buttons to work on my yahoo. mail?

  If your asking how to use them? If someone e-mails you something and you want to reply to them. Click reply. If they sent you something and you want to share it with others click Forward. And if you want to attach something that are already in your files. Click Attach, it will then open a small window asking you what you want to attach. You pick the first number it brings you to your saved files. Find what it is you want attach and click on it. It will then be your number 1 attachment, if you want more, click onto the next one and repeat the same thing you just did. When you are through, follow what it says, it will then bring you back to your original screen. Add your addresses, hit sent and waaaaaa-laaaaaaaaa. Your lesson is through.
