Computer Information System VS Computer Science, which major?
-
Consider the fact a lot of jobs are being outsourced - which seems to make cs less attractive, whereas you can't really outsource the work cis does. What should I do though? In the long run, which will help me more? I have been working with computers all my life and dunno where I should go since both are similar in course and in job hunting.

Answer:
CS is more versatile than CIS In the long run it would be easier to shift from CS to CIS since CS basically is more general and covers more area than that of CIS
