Why do I have to log in every time to get my mail?

Every time i try to log into my hot mail i get this message http 500 internet server error why is it happening?

  • i also got this message (This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.) why is this happening and what can i do is it my laptop or is it something to do with hotmail
