In what websites can I convert a video into pictures?

ANYONE KNOW OF WEBSITES WHERE YOU CONVERT YOUR PICTURES TO HIGH RESOLUTION PICTURES? IF SO LEAVE SOME LINKS?

Also please if you know what I need to type in order to create perfect hi resolutions pictures on these website please share the information with me

I think you're misinformed. Taking a standard .jpg picture of say, 125 Kb in size, and converting it to "hi-res" will destroy the picture. It'll make it blurry and pixelated. For hi-res pictures you MUST start with a large file picture of at least a Meg in size. With this large file, the conversion to hi-res is much easier and will result in a better looking picture. In other words, you have to start with a large file first.
