How to open the dialog box dynamically in iOS?

How do i get yahoo IM to display in the dialog box? i know i receive messages and the time but no display?

• I have called yahoo tech support ; I've disabled firewalls; IM works from other websites just not yahoo. When I click on a contact, the dialog box opens, I type my msg in the lower box, hit send, wait, and along the bottom it says my contact is typing and then notifes me of the time of recepit of last message, but I can never see either of the messages in the upper dialog box

  seemingly interesting! try re-installing the software. when you're typing an IM hit F2 (function key 2). that is the key used to turn the "Display Time" feature on and off.
