How to capture a screen shot using .Net?

Is there any way to capture a screen shot video?

I have a mac OX and for a youtube video I need to record my screen as I use a site. I cannot download, this isn't my computer. Nor can I pay for stuff then wait forever. Is there any quick online way to capture a few minutes of screen video? I HAVE a webcam recorder but it is attached to my computer so it can't get the screen It doesn't have to have audio it's just gotta be an online program or an easy download.

If your mac is newer than August 2009 then you should already have a good program built-in. Go to Applications > Quick Time Player. Then in the program go to File > New Screen Recording Window. Then you should be able to record your screen and to stop there's a button that says Stop, or if you're on a newer Mac then a button that stops it.
