Can I Programmatically Create FTP Accounts With Azure?

Will I have to create log in accounts ?

• Trying to help a friend out with a few computer issues and I "think" I know what I need to do, but have to come here to ask the "experts". She has a few PCs at her office and kids (who are more PC savvy than herself) are always installing and downloading crap onto the PCs, as they are creating "administrator" type accounts. She wants me to create an admin account and password for her, this part is easy. And she also wants me to delete the accounts they made, again easy for me. The login process of the PC goes right to the desktop with no login, but if I wanted to create a "normal user" type account for the kids so they can't download/install stuff, do I have to create the "login" type windows we see at work? Hopefully I'm asking this right, but common sense tells me that if she turns the PC on and it goes right to the desktop, then anybody can still install anything they want. If I create an admin account for her and normal accounts for the kids, they'd have to "log in"

  Start reading this, and I 'think' it will explain everything you're after. I know you can create 'quotas' for users, which are controlled by the administrator account. (You can even go so far as to only allow login at certain times, for certain amounts of time that they can log in etc etc) You can also create a Guest account, for times when passwords are forgotten, or a non-permanent account holder needs access etc. You will have to look up info on doing this step by step though. http://www.microsoft.com/protect/computer/advanced/useraccount.mspx Good luck!
