When you are ready to "attach" a file to your e-mail. Find the button to click on to "attach files"..... From there it should be self explanatory.... Which e-mail are you using?

Depends what program you use for e-mail. In Outlook Express if I type address correctly it turns blue and highlights it, and you just click on it to get to that site .
