Move Sidebar To Bottom?

Greetings all, Just wondering if anyone knows how to move the vista sidebar to the bottom of the screen as opposed to the sides of the display. I assume it can be done (somehow they coded it to be on the sides, so there must be a way to alter it to display on the bottom of the screen). Any ideas? Cheers, Mike

Theres no option to move it. Thats why its called a sidebar.
