There are so many free undelete programs available in internet. And do not do much with you computer until you recover the files. Following link might be really helpful.

The files aren't really deleted -- the operating system just updates its little table of locations to say "this space is now vacant" and nothing else happens until that space is partially or completely overwritten. So first and foremost, you should refrain from downloading any new content, and (if you really want to maximize your chances) turn off your computer entirely. Next, you'll need to find someone who specializes in recovering deleted files from your computer. A technician at a computer shop can probably get you started, or at least point you in the right direction. The hard part will be sorting through all the file fragments later and trying to piece together what you've lost -- assuming the whole project can be found. The odds aren't in your favor. If it's a small project, and you don't want to (or can't) spend money on a solution, your options are limited. You should, by rights, learn to back your work up more often, and to keep separate backups.

Sounds to me like a problem that can only be fixed by data recovery software. With data recovery software you can perform a full system search for any files that may have been lost or permanently deleted. The program is completely free to try, simply install it and see what it comes up with. I use this software: http://www.recovering-deleted-files.net

You can try to recover this files with Easy Drive Data Recovery software: http://www.munsoft.com/EasyDriveDataRecovery/ It uses unique modern algorithms to recover files that other software either recovers incorrectly or is unable to detect.

I use Restoration or Recuva.
