What would be a good idea for a new website?

I am looking for new ideas for a new website that will attract a wide audience and features no PORN or mucky photo's. So give me some suggestions what do you look for in a site?

I think as time goes by, more people will want to design or create websites. I think a great reference website on how to make a website, step by step directions, would be great. JAVA, PHP, ASP, JSP.....all programming languages covered under one website would be awesome. EDIT: If its free, then how much better could that be! =)

lots of graphics..lots of participation.. there used to be this real great site called freezone.com i used to go on it when i was younger it was so fun!! some things were so cool u could get an online job there.. one was as a chat jockey.. how cool is that?? there was a lot of PARTICIPATION and probably thats why i liked it so much..and yah there shud be an easy registration and ahem... make it free =p
