It need help moving files from MS word 7 to a website how do I copy and paste? Easy question for someone?

My job resume is on a MS Word 2007 Document file, I am trying to fill out a job application, I cant figure out how to copy and paste my resume to there websites. 'Resume box the file name I can move but I cant open it and paste it.Copy and paste I have always struggled with, I still don't know how to copy and paste a link to my browser. I am running MS XP Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Answer:
Highlight all the text you want to copy and paste......left click your mouse and HOLD and drag your mouse over all the text you want to copy. Let go of the mouse button.. Now keeping the mouse inside the blue highlighted text...right click and select COPY....now move your mouse to the area you want to paste too......right-click and select PASTE. Cheers
