Why isn't my wifi connecting?? HELP!! 1O pts.?

sooo, every time i turn on my laptop and click onto the internet the page never loads.. it says "error loading page". and after i close the internet, the wifi bar symbols have a exclamation point over it. as well as when i try to open up the wifi and click to use mine it doesn't work either :/ help? *i have a macbook* thanks .

Answer:
Delete the connection profile, and reconfigure your laptop as if it is the first time you connect to the wifi network.
