How to set CPU frequency to highest?

How far can I push this CPU?

• I have an AMD sempron 140 2.7GHz 45W and want to push it as far as it can go. Both cores are unlocked and extreamly stable (had on prime95 and forgot about it, so it's stable at about 24 hours+ of stress testing. Right now this is now retired as I have a Athlon II X2 250 as back up and Intel i3 @4.1GHz as main rig. This is a good CPU and It can go up to 1.6 Vcore from its original 1.35 (I tested it) and with water cooling I got it up to 5.1GHz. I have a Ln2 set up ready and am going to test it on the sempron and best answer goes to the person who is closet to the Frequency.   Maybe a few miles! Why don't you find out? Try 3.5ghz see what it is like then just go up and up till it gets unstable or down till it gets stable As I recall 3.7ghz was stable, I can't quite remember it's been awhile since I did it
