Why won't my pictures upload to my computer?

My computer is acting very strange. browsers wont work. wont upload pictures or videos?

my computer recently had a trojan virus, but i used my virus software to get rid of it. ever sense my computer hasnt been functioning properly. i use firefox. My firefox wont upload pictues or videos to ANY website. they all say "an error has occured" So i tried internet explorer. My internet explorer says i am not connected to the internet. So i Re-installed firefox. still doesnt upload anything. so i downloaded google chrome web browser. it says im not connected to internet. i uninstalled that and dowloaded opera. opera says im not connected to the internet. i tried safari. it also says im not connected. what the heck's going on?
