Can you sell unwanted items on yoville?

I have some items I'd like to sell online...please help.?

It is stuff from a carpet steamer, to purses, to a vanity set. I don't want to put the items on ebay, I'd rather place them somewhere else. Is there another website that I can use to place my items, and I can design and make my page look nice? I want it to be something that people will come back to look to see what I have available. I plan to sell a few but very nice items online continously. I know that I'll be selling to people who are around my area as some items are too large to ship. I am willing to bring items, but I prefer for the buyer not to come to my home for safety reasons. Is it common to meet somewhere to deliver the items?? I just need any advice. Thanks in advance.
