554 Transaction Failed Error When sending an email?

• I am getting a 554 transaction failed error when sending emails to 2 people. I can send emails to 100 other people with no error. They can send to me but when I reply I still get the error sent back to me after a few seconds. The error is as follows: ----- The following address had permanent fatal errors ----- <emailaddresshere> (reason: 554 Transaction Failed) ----- Transcript or session follows ----- ... while talking to smpt.recipientsserver.com.: <<< 554 Transaction Failed 554 5.0.0 Service Unavailable I have replaced the email address and smtp server to protect the inocent :)

  Hi, It sounds as if that email server for your recipient is down. I would contact them through the web site or try to ping there mail server and see if there is a reply. Arnak
