How is an unwanted e-mail called?

How do I clear I think its called auto write the list that comes up when you are typing in an email address.?

    MOZILLA:"tools", >> "option", >> "privacy", >> "saved forms" >> select "clear savde forms now" MICROSOFT IE: "tools", -> internet options, -> content, -> autocomplete. clear all the forms and also clear your History too.

go into tools and options on the web browser and in privacy area there is a saved forms tab... go there and you can clear it out
