What's wrong with my computer?

• My grandparents got this new computer it is a dell inspiron one, its not a laptop. The computer is brand new only 5 months old. The computer has Mcaffe and no viruses. Heres the problem: you will log in and everything seems fine but then after using it for about 45 minutes the computer will close all your pages and then give you a blue screen that says something like windows foun a problem with the boot device and a bunch of other stuff. Then it will give you a black page with grey writing that says to restart the computer by pessing ctrl alt delete so you press that and it gives you the same black screeen over and over and over again. I tried unpluging the computer and leaving it off for a while but it only does the same thing over and over. Also the internet is really slow (like an hour to load a page). My grapa took the computer to a repair shop and they said it needed a windows 7 disk but the computer didnt come with one. My grand parents live in a rural area in minnesota and i dont know how well edjucated the computer repair guy was so he might be wrong. I really expert help! My grapa thinks im acomputer genius but im not! please help, thankyou!:)

  This sounds like a problem with the operating system, so the computer repair guy may be right. It could also be something related to hardware. In any event, if it is a new computer and still under warranty, I would just take it back to the store. These things should not be happening on a new computer, so it needs to be replaced. If it's not under warranty, they could at least ask the store for the OS disk.
