The best way i could tell you.. is click on someones name to send them a messsage... now b4 you actually send them something... click on your place where your photo would be... Click Share my picture..... Select..... Browse..... Find the picture you want and click it.. it should up load and you will be able to use it in your messenger.. Hope it helps...
