Mozilla Firefox Bookmarks Transfer?

I just got a new laptop and luckily i backed up my Mozilla Firefox bookmarks and its in an JSON File. How do I integrate those bookmarks into my "new" Mozilla Firefox on my new computer? I am running windows 7 ultimate on a 32 bit computer, lenovo t60 with 3 gig of ram. Firefox 5.0.1. Thank You.

Answer:
there is a way to upload the JSON File to the bookmark folder but i forgot. here it is 1. Open the Library window (Bookmarks->Organize Bookmarks) 2. Press Import and backup 3. Choose Restore 4. Click Choose file... 5. In the dialog box that pops up, select the JSON file on your system and open it. 6. A dialog box will ask if you want to replace your current bookmarks. Choose Yes. Hope it works
