I cannot read MS Works data base email attachments but I can read copy of the main data base.?
-
I have MS Works 8.5 and the data base application works fine with the copy from CD of the main data base(s). A colleague sends updates to the database by email as MSWorks data base attachments which I cannot open. My package comes up with an error message'Serious error loading data.. etc' The same email copied to another colleague can be opened by his MS Works data base. Why I cannot is bugging me. Is there a MS Works data base version compatabilty issue here. I have looked at the MS Tech Support Website and not seen any advice on problems between version. Anybody out there can advise please
