How do you get your old computer history to show?

Is there any way to get to a web page WITHOUT having it show up in the history on your computer?

Answer:

The easiest way is to use Firefox Portable. Whenever you want to load a page (that you don't want in history) you open up Firefox Portable (No install necessary) and go. Then you're not effecting the history on your normal browser.

If you're using Firefox you can disable the history function: Goto Tools...Options...Privacy, and uncheck the box that says "Keep my history for 'x' days". Larry D http://www.ironoakit.com

i found a Fire fox add on called Stealth. when enabled nothing is saved to the computer for maximum privacy.
