WINDOWS 7 EXPERTS IS THERE ANYWAY TO SET "TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES" DISK SPACE TO "0" IN INTERNET PROPERTIES?

IN INTERNET PROPERTIES> BROWSING HISTORY>TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES AND HISTORY SETTINGS DOWN WHERE IT SAYS "DISK SPACE TO USE" "8-1024MB" I HAVE MINE SET TO "8" BUT IS THERE ANYWAY TO CONFIGURE IT FROM "GROUP POLICY" OR ANYWHERE IN WINDOWS 7 TO SET IT TO "0" INSTEAD OF 8

First of all, do you even know what the "TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES" are even for? Your browser needs temporary internet space to perform quite a few basic things.. And besides, its just 8mb... its not going to hurt anything since your hard drive probably has 10's of thousands of megabytes.. , if your that desperate for space get a new hard drive.
