How to decode qr code from SD card?

How to fix error code 0x80004004 when trying to get photos off of sd card?

  • I have a PNY 2gb micro sd that I use in it's adaptor in my nikon camera. I put it into my laptop and have had success just coping, pasting, and then deleting the photos until recently. I get error code 0x80004004 when I try to view, copy, or delete the photos from my memmory card, but I can see that they are there and sometimes it will load the thumbnails. Basically I cannot do anything and it is very frustrating because I cannot find any help when I google the issue. Any help would be wonderful! Thanks!

Could be registry error.. try the System File Checker program to see if you have corrupt files missing files. Use elevated command prompt : Start button, all programs, accessories, right click the Command prompt, then okay. Then type this : sfc /scannow , then press enter when done to see results. do this : Copy and paste the command below into the elevated command prompt and press Enter. : findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt Close the elevated command prompt. Click on the sfcdetails.txt file that was just placed on your desktop to see the SFC scan details (ones with the [SR] tags) in the CBS.LOG. You can safely delete the sfcdetails.txt file afterwards if you like. see this tutorial.. works in OS's of xp, vista and win 7 . : http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/66978-system-files-sfc-command.html
