How to change my printing page to vertical fromhorizontally?

How do I change the page range when printing something from my computer?

  • Whenever I go to print something, my printer starts printing from the last page to the first (example: if there are 5 pages, it starts printing pp. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1). How can I get it to reverse the order? When I press ctrl+p and I get to the Page Range box, the only options I have are to select the "all" button or "pages" button. The "select" and "current page" buttons are shaded and do not allow me to select those options. Can you help?

    what make and model of printer do you have ? If it is a hp then there should be some extra software that came with it that should let you configure how it prints off the pages etc.

hmm...that's weird. You should be able to click on "pages" and choose how many pages you want printed. Mine always prints in chronological order. If I get a paper jam, my printer allows me to print that particular page. I just change it from the "select" widget. As far as it printing in decending order, you should be able to change it in your preferences. Do you get an "advanced" button when you click on preferences? You could probably change it in there.

Usually when you press the properties button there is a checkmark box under the "basic" tab for "Reverse Order" or some similar phrase. Check the manufacturers website to see if there is an updated driver. Otherwise your printer may not be able to do this.

Dont press control P or print button on your toolbar, instead in File Menu click print and then you will have the Full options. Let me know if it works.
