Is there a free or cheap blog or website space that I can load video clips onto and password protect?

I would like to upload videos of my children for relatives that are faraway to view on-line. But I do not want just anyone to access the site, only those that I authorize. Anyone know of a good service provider that can do this that is either free or very cheap?
