  Anything free is going to limit what you can do. If you don't mind spending a little money and give yourself some freedom I'd like to suggest this. http://www.asp.net/downloads/starter-kits/media-library/ and ask these guys to install it when you sign up. http://www.re-invent.com/ You will need to purchase a domain name and get hosting service. Once the shell is in place you can tweak the media center yourself to give you fill flexibility in managing and sharing your media files. Hope that helps.
